Pravo na privatnost je osnovno ljudsko pravo priznato u \u010dlanu 12. Univerzalne deklaracije o ljudskim pravima, koje \u0161titi ljudsko dostojanstvo, autonomiju i slobodu.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Za\u0161tita podataka je klju\u010dna za ICMP-ov pristup obradi podataka: ICMP provodi opse\u017ene mjere za sprje\u010davanje slu\u010dajnog gubitka podataka, kra\u0111e podataka, manipulacije podacima ili drugih oblika neovla\u0161tene obrade, ne\u017eeljenog otkrivanja ili nezakonitog oduzimanja podataka. Kao me\u0111uvladina organizacija, ICMP ima kapacitet da sklapa sporazume prema me\u0111unarodnom pravu kako bi osigurao sigurnu obradu li\u010dnih i drugih podataka.<\/b><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-27cc000 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"27cc000\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-52004ff e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"52004ff\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2050a2a elementor-widget-tablet__width-inherit elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2050a2a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>Efikasne istrage<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"text-align: var(--text-align); background-color: var(--ast-global-color-5);\"><b>Gre\u0161ke iz pro\u0161losti, posebno one povezane sa kr\u0161enjem i zloupotrebama ljudskih prava, moraju se ispraviti kroz efikasne istrage kako bi se ponovo uspostavilo povjerenje javnosti i kredibilitet dr\u017eavnih institucija.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Istrage moraju biti efikasne i usmjerene na razja\u0161njavanje mjesta boravka i sudbine onih koji su nestali iz nevoljnih razloga. Elementi koji osiguravaju djelotvornost istrage uklju\u010duju da istragu vodi istra\u017ena agencija koja je dovoljno neovisna od onih koji su predmet istrage, te da ova agencija ima relevantne ovlasti i stru\u010dnost kako bi istragu vodila na odgovaraju\u0107i na\u010din. Istragu treba sprovesti bez odlaganja, a \u017ertvama i njihovim porodicama treba dozvoliti da u\u010destvuju u meri koja je neophodna da bi se za\u0161titili njihovi legitimni interesi.
