Emily Louise Hudson manages the design and implementation of learning and development programs at ICMP's Wim Kok Center for Excellence and Learning (CEL).

Emily is responsible for assessing learning needs of government institutions and civil society organizations, maintaining instructional design standards across ICMP's training activities, creating training courses with subject matter experts, delivering train-the-trainer courses, and evaluating training to ensure that ICMP's work is effective. Emily is also responsible for the streamlining of new learning technologies at ICMP, including e-learning activities and simulations.  

Emily previously worked with ICMP's Iraq program, where she developed outreach programs, and provided training for authorities to engage in outreach activities with families of missing persons. Before joining ICMP, she worked in strategic communications, social research, and capacity building in the MENA region with a focus on Lebanon and Iraq.
